SCENE: A busy morning, somewhere on the East Coast. Dad and the kids are eating breakfast and doing their morning routine while Mom works on a project.
Mom enters the dining room holding up a newly made pillow. Son enters the room at approximately the same time.
MOM: Hi son, look what mommy made. Sons eyes get VERY big. Do you like it?
SON: Doesn’t say anything, just enthusiastically shakes his hand “yes.” He immediately grabs the pillow and shows it to daddy, all the while grinning from ear to ear. He then runs to his room and sets it on his bed. Need another pillow, mommy make another pillow!
MOM: Okay son, I’ll get the other pillow made. She heads back to her sewing area, with a happy heart!
Oh I wish I could have been there to see his wonderful face when you gave him the pillow. I am sure he will always remember all the beautiful things you make and do for your babes.
I love you lots!
I am very proud of all your accomplishments.
Have a wonderful day!
