Whoa, no wonder!
For the past month or two, RNR has been VERY tantrum prone. The smallest thing will get her crying, and before you know it, it’s a full blown laying-on-the-floor-kicking-screaming-veins-popping-out-of-her-head tantrum. It’s rather dramatic and exhausting, all at once. Generally, after a tantrum, she’ll sleep for a good, long time. Sometimes, she’ll fall asleep before lunch and sleep through lunch. Or she’ll zonk out before dinner and sleep through dinner, not waking up until the next morning!
So today before naptime, I decided to measure the toddlers to see if/how they’d grown over the summer. Whoa, was I in for a surprise! NOR grew about half an inch. RNR, on the other hand . . .are you ready for this? She grew 1.25 inches, in 3 months! No wonder she’s so tired all of the time . . she was busy growing! She’s not really gaining any weight, just stretching out. Rick is still holding out for a volleyball scholarship! At this rate, it might just be a possiblity=)
